Like many people, I was really glad to slam the door shut on 2020. Last year, when the pandemic hit I was consumed by anxiety about the health and safety of my loved ones, and to be honest, I did not know what was going to happen with my real estate business.
Under typical circumstances, buying or selling a home can be an uncertain and stressful time. Throw in a pandemic and that gets magnified exponentially. This year has introduced me to some of my favorite clients ever because of the additional challenges they were forced to deal with. In each of these 47 transactions, my clients have been both resilient and understanding. From virtual open houses, showings, and sometimes home inspections, to some not personally seeing their new homes till closing day…they have been nothing short of spectacular! I thank each of them for their trust in my advice and their willingness to pivot when needed. Each one of these transactions brought interesting challenges and reiterated to me how important it is to truly be there for my clients.
2020 has taught me a lot, and despite the many challenges it brought, I am very grateful for so much of what it brought. HERE’S TO A FANTASTIC 2021!
