The Cranford Junior Woman’s Club has announced its 24th annual “Home for the Holidays House Tour.” This much anticipated event will be held on Sunday, Dec. 8th, and is expected to be as great of a success as the past years’ events have been. The self-guided tour has become a treasured part of the town’s Christmas tradition. Thanks to the generosity of local homeowners, businesses, organizations, and individuals, the tour will consist of four of the finest homes in Cranford, a historic church, and even a secret garden! And all of them will be beautifully adorned for the holidays. In addition, the wonderful Madrigal Choir will be there to entertain and to help put everyone into the holiday spirit. The hospitality house will be offering tastes from various Cranford restaurants and some yummy baked goodies, and the Cranford Junior Woman’s Club boutique will also have items available for sale.
Proceeds from the tour will benefit Project Home of Cranford, as well as other local charities. This is such a great event, and such a wonderful way to relax into the holiday season! Advance tickets are $25 each, and are available at Cranford local businesses Augusta Mae, Back to Nature Health Foods, the Cranford Public Library, the UPS Store, and Periwinkles. Tickets can also be purchased on-line at CranfordJWC.com. Tickets WILL be available on the day of the tour at$30 each, ready for purchase at Hanson House at 38 Springfield Avenue. Come on out and get into the holiday spirit, and maybe pick up a few good ideas for decorating your OWN home for the holidays!
