In the mood for a burger? We all are, sometimes. We’re Americans. It’s how we roll. Don’t settle for something in a paper bag thrown into your car window at a drive through. There’s a much, much better option.
Once the home of “25 Burgers,” The Burger Palace, located at 251 North Avenue West and owned and operated by Mohamed Helal, is a gourmet burger alternative to the everyday fast food. And while the food is fast, don’t be fooled by the “fast food” title. Make no mistake – these are gourmet burgers. The burgers are generous and freshly made. In addition to the traditional beef burgers, there are also turkey and veggie burgers, and even grilled subs and hot dogs, with other items on the menu, as well.
Wait a minute – listen to this . . . . the fries? You can top them with cheese . . . .and bacon. BACON! Add a milkshake, and what more could you possibly want?
And, for those of you with peanut allergy kids don’t have to worry about sending them into anaphylactic shock when you stop for dinner – no peanut oil here.
The location of the restaurant being so near the train station, it is a hot spot for people looking to pick up a good breakfast on their way to work. And then some quick, delicious, easy dinner on their way home!
