Dear Sharon, Pete and I would just like to thank you for all the effort you put forth on our behalf in our search for a home. Your guidance and expertise as well as your knowledge of the area were second to none. Your work ethic and level of professionalism were both impressive and reassuring. You made us feel like we were your most important clients, whether it was your quick responses to our questions, your ability to keep us abreast of new houses on the market or your appearance and demeanor. We are aware that as house hunters we were a bit scattered in our requests and needs. We truly did appreciate your patience and input with all the houses you showed us. We never felt pressured for a sale or misguided about an area when we met with you. In fact you were a source of calm during a very turbulent period in our life. Every time we went out with you we became a little more informed and sure of our wants and needs. You also tactfully guided us into a price range that was more in our comfort range. It is rare to find a salesperson that puts people before profit and we can honestly tell our friends and family that you will put them first. We have passed your name on to anyone who is mentioning that they may be moving into the area in the near future and hope to use your services again for our next move.
