Would not have gotten our dream home if not for Sharon

Dear Mr. Hal Maxwell & Mr. George Kraus, My wife, Magaly Rodriguez, and I were fortunate enough to recently become homeowners and we can say that it would not have happened if it not for our realtor, Sharon Steele. Sharon came highly recommended to us by one of our friends, who also is a realtor. When we first told him that we were interested in purchasing a home in the Cranford, Westfield, and Clark areas, he immediately told us about Sharon and the great feedback he has heard about her.  We can honestly say that his strong and glowing recommendation of her still fell short of properly communicating just how special of a realtor Sharon is. The listing that we now call home did not come about as easily as we would have imagined.  However, Sharon did prepare us for the many twist and turns that we ended up encountering, even before we went down that exact path. For instance, when we first met Sharon, she walked us through the entire real estate process, from beginning to end. She even highlighted how a multiple bid situation works, which ultimately occurred with us. Due to her knowledge, experience, and strategic mindset, we were one step ahead of the other bidder and knew we had a huge advantage with her as our realtor. Although our first experience as buyers did not go as smoothly as we were expecting (we blame HGTV for this), we were always in good hands and had someone looking out for our best interests. Sharon was incredible throughout the whole process, even sacrificing her plans on several occasions so that we could see one particular listing that caught our eye. With this all being said, I know that it still does not portray the full picture of just how remarkable of a realtor Sharon is. Her professionalism, trustworthiness, and knowledge of a real estate transaction are a few of the many reasons that I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member.
