Within days of the listing we received multiple offers

Mr. Kraus, This past spring we had the difficult task of selling my mom’s home after she passed away, as you could guess it was a very emotional time for us. We began to interview realtors; many were eliminated quickly until we narrowed it down to two. Sharon Steele was our final choice,thank goodness! Sharon went above and beyond in helping us ready the home for sale. Guided us through which renovations would aid in the sale of the home. She was in constant contact even while on vacation, making sure we were handling the process and emotional side of the sale. We knew that any and all questions or concerns would be answered within minutes by Sharon. We had emailed her pictures of the park behind the home, in a short time Sharon had them printed, framed and on display at the open house. Within days of the listing we received multiple offers; with the aid of Sharon we accepted one. Sharon walked us through all the inspections and even had her assistant Angela at the home for the CO inspection so we did not have to wait. When we panicked after the results of the home inspections, Sharon calmed us then proceeded to negotiate. Even our attorney was impressed with Sharon’s ability as a realtor. The day of the closing Sharon held our hands, even offering to clean out the shed we had forgotten! But it did not stop there; a week later Sharon contacted us to make sure we were handling the emotional side of the sale. We cannot begin to relate how much we appreciated everything Sharon did for us during this very difficult time. We are so thankful we found her and plan on using her services again when we list our home in the Spring.
