Sharon did a terrific job marketing our house. We followed her advice on staging and paring down our furnishings and were very impressed with the photos and interactive online listing. That listing was so strong that we had 18 showings in our first 2 days on the market and had 4 offers by day 3. We greatly appreciated the care Sharon took to make us feel comfortable showing our home in the middle of the Covid crisis , and she made the process as easy as it possibly could have been in very difficult circumstances.
