We are in love with our new home. Thank you!

We wanted to take a moment to thank you. When we moved to Cranford in 2011, we quickly fell in love with the town. When we first started our home search, we were overwhelmed and confused by the houses, real estate terms, and the overall process we were starting. When we teamed up with you, we knew everything was going  to be fine. The list of adjectives that make you a great realtor could go on and on, but we‘d like to highlight a few:

• Your knowledge of the market was invaluable as we started. You quickly understood what we were looking for in a home and helped narrow down our search.  Not only did you save us significant time, but you also kept us honest to ourselves with what we really wanted in our new home, what we could compromise on, and what we could realistically expect to find.
• Your positive attitude and zany humor helped make what is supposed to be a stressful time, much easier to handle. Whenever we were let down by a house we had high hopes for, or an offer that was not accepted, we could count on you to lighten the mood and tell us we’d find the right one soon.
• Your commitment to communication eased the process in many regards. First, you always explained documents and procedures in their simplest terms.  This cannot be understated, as we had to sign so many documents that we had never seen before.  Also, we knew we could always count on a quick reply by text or e-mail if we had a question. It was very comforting knowing that we had an expert at our fingertips. Finally, you consistently checked-in with us, without asking, to see if we needed anything.

This helped keep us on track during the journey. When we fell in love with Cranford, we fell in love with the restaurants, the shops, the parks, and the people. People like you make this area the great place that it is. We would not hesitate to have you handle any real estate transaction  in our future (but not for a little while at least, we LOVE our new home!) and will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the area.
