My husband and I closed on our new home at 60 Emerald Place in Clark on August 4, 2015. After being under contract for almost 4 months (at both our election and the Seller’s), it was a long anticipated and very emotional day. Considering I have attended a fair amount of real estate closings on behalf of clients, it just does not have the same impact as your own. This home purchase was something we have planned, worked so hard for and watch finally come to fruition. Coupled with our growing family and the need to settle before our second daughter is born early September made the day all around memorable. Sharon was a huge part of this. Sharon’s service driven style as our realtor was nothing less than expected from when I originally contacted her in March. Despite the fact that Sharon seems to juggle multiple clients and appointments throughout her week, we always felt like her primary concern was our needs only when meeting, viewing properties or communicating on email/text/phone. Her assistant Angela was also a part of our seamless team to locate, offer, contract and work through the steps to closing. Sharon checked in often but was always appropriate. Although there were many occasions when the transaction was status quo and we were just in a waiting period, Sharon’s emails/texts/calls never rose to the level of annoying or superficial. If we did need something, her turnaround time was exceptional and her resources were vast. If we didn’t need anything, it was a quick conversation and off we both went on other tasks in our day. We are forever grateful to Sharon, Angela and your support staff for giving my family a place to finally call home again. We will certainly recommend her services to others and will continue to use her blogs as a way to keep in the loop about our home area. I hope to work with Sharon professionally again or just run into her locally.
