Very responsive and a joy to be around

Sharon Steele recently helped my partner and I to find a new apartment at 24 Springfield Ave. Sharon was patient and resourceful during our search. Her manner was professional, yet friendly and she was always a joy to be around. Sharon took us to see several apartments around Cranford and was very responsive when we requested to see new places. When we finally found the place that we were hoping to find, she helped us to negotiate the rent and conditions of the lease. So often emails to a person’s boss are written when employees perform poorly, but people do not generally write emails to a person’s boss when they do an exceptional job.
