Treated us like family

My husband and I wanted to take a moment to email you to tell you about our wonderful experience working with Sharon Steele, a realtor in the Coldwell Banker Westfield office. Reid and I are first time home buyers, and we could not have been luckier to have been referred to Sharon. She made sure we knew the ins and outs of home buying before we even went out to look at houses, and explained every minute detail to us in a way that we could understand and use to make strong decisions.  A process that could have been very stressful became fun and exciting, because we knew right away that we were in the hands of someone who truly cared about us finding the house of our dreams. Sharon took a tremendous amount of time getting to know us and what we wanted and needed in a home, which led to us finding one we loved very quickly. As we went around to look at houses, she would take notes and remember the smallest things we liked and didn’t, and would use this information to decide where to take us to look next. Once we found a home decided to put in an offer, Sharon worked relentlessly to keep us up to date on the process and helped us tremendously in remembering to fulfill our responsibilities as buyers. She is incredibly organized, and went above and beyond helping us along in the process. Whether she was recommending painters and electricians, reminding us to transfer our utilities, or connecting us with an excellent lawyer, we knew we could count on Sharon for just about anything. Working with Sharon was incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. It felt as though she was treating us like family, and we are so grateful for this experience. We hope to be able to recommend her to other first time buyers like ourselves. She is the best!
