Sold for over asking price, thanks to Sharon’s skill

I wanted to write a brief note about my experience with Sharon Steele. Over the years I have bought and sold several homes/investment properties. I have dealt with many different real estate agents. I have never had the pleasure of working with anyone like Sharon Steele. From the minute I met her, I knew I wanted to list my home with her. She gave me the name of her handyman and had the house staged so it would look its best before the 1st showing. My house sold over asking price to the first family who saw the house. I could not have been more pleased with my decision to work with Sharon. She is so professional with an added bonus of a  great sense of humor. I felt at ease through a process that can sometimes be very stressful. She constantly checks in, and goes out of her way to see if there is anything she can do to help. Sharon is extremely organized, and  always available. It was great working with Sharon. I have already and will continue to recommend her to everyone I know.
