I can't say enough good things about Sharon. She immediately impressed me with her combination of professionalism and personalization. She treated my condo sale like it was a million-dollar listing and I had three offers in 1.5 weeks. Sharon truly seeks to understand what her clients care about and then provides them with that experience. From how you prefer to communicate (text, email, calls) to recommending excellent partners to work with and making sure you are always in the loop. She really does provide a legendary customer experience. I had the luck to go through a sale during the beginning of COVID-19. She sensed my anxiety about closing and made me feel like we would get through, and we would get through it as a team. She even checked in on me on a personal level – just to see how (Mom and I) were doing. I would absolutely work with her again and I highly recommend her. Sharon is truly committed to her clients.
