Sharon’s strengths: market knowledge, engagement, deal-making

We recently sold a home with Sharon and were very happy with the result. For context, five years ago, Sharon also assisted us with the home purchase. Obviously, we would not have re-engaged with Sharon if we weren't very happy with her overall knowledge of the real estate market for the specific area. When we shared with friends we would be selling our home and moving out of state and that we would need an agent who would make that long-distance business relationship manageable, at least several friends recommended we work with Sharon, unbeknownst to them that we already knew her. We were very happy with Sharon's assistance in three specific areas--market knowledge, engagement, deal-making. With respect to market knowledge, it was clear she knew when to optimize listing a home (if have flexibility), who the target market would be, potential competition, etc all very important metrics when determining the best listing price. Once we engaged with Sharon for the sale itself, she didn't check-out and leave the work to her assistant; rather Sharon personally met with interested parties and provided consistent and frequent feedback to us. Finally, once the offers started coming in, she had enough experience to decipher which offers were solid, which were questionable, and skillfully managing multiple offers following our first open house (only needed one to get the price we wanted). Ultimately, we sold the home above ask but the process was very easy which was especially important to us as we had moved out-of-state while the home was on the market. We're more than happy to recommend Sharon and would similarly do so with close friends.
