We just purchased a home through Sharon Steele and just wanted to pass along our praise of Sharon and the process. We truly appreciated her honesty–for example when we fell in love with a certain house, she informed us that the neighborhood had flooded considerably during a storm. I’ve always said that a great parent makes every child feels like an only child–that’s how we feel about Sharon! Somehow, even though she has dozens of clients, she always made us feel like her number one priority. Sharon is chock full of great ideas that helped us see potential when looking at fixer-upper type of houses. She never tried to push us to consider houses that were well beyond our financial reach–she always kept our budget and needs in mind. In the end, she negotiated a fabulous deal on the house we purchased! We will be recommending her again and again, no doubt.
