We can't say enough good things about Sharon. We had a timeline for home improvements we had planned on making, but then work decided to relocate and we decided to relocate with them. We met with Sharon about a year before we listed to discuss which improvements were more important than others. We  couldn't afford to do them all. Sharon was very helpful in determining what we should focus on. When we were ready to list, it was during the beginning stages of the Coronavirus pandemic. We were very uncertain how that would affect real estate and there weren't any houses listed within our price range. We were already under contract with a new house, so we hoped that the limited amount of inventory would mean our house would sell quickly. Sharon brought in a stager (free of charge) to help bring out the best in our house. The house was very popular the moment it went on the market. We had numerous showings the first day and an offer was made in less than 24 hours. Then, a second offer and a third. After showing the house for 3 days we accepted an offer. Sharon was very prompt with her communication with us. She was on top of everything and would respond no matter what time of day. Her assistant, Angela, is great to work with too. Sharon helped us through the home inspection, offering advice on things we may want to do or consider. She had a list of referrals for attorneys and others for estimates for repairs. Sharon can recommend someone for any type of job you need and all of these people sing her praises as well.
