Refreshingly honest

Dear George: My wife Cindy and I were compelled to send you a note and express how extremely pleased we were with our Coldwell experience, in particular, our agent Sharon Steele. As I am sure you already know, she is a complete professional at her job. But we really appreciated, as first time sellers after 30 plus years in the same home, was her honesty about what we were going to face, from an emotional and time-consuming experience. It was refreshing and it truly helped us prepare for and understand the emotional roller-coaster ahead of us. But with that, Sharon was always available and timely with answering our questions and concerns, no matter how trivial, and alerting us to what was needed or expected always ahead of schedule.
