Dear Mr. Kraus and Mr. Maxwell: I am writing to express how immensely happy my wife and I were with the services provided by Sharon Steele, who represented us during our recent home purchase in Cranford NJ. She is a true gem, and we feel very fortunate to have found her to assist us in our home purchase. Throughout the entire process Sharon was personable, friendly, and professional. On our first meeting in her office, she took the time to give us a clear overview of the entire process, which was a huge help to us later on.  When we found a house we loved, Sharon helped us navigate a multiple-bid situation and eventually get the home. From our first meeting through closing, Sharon kept in constant contact with us by text, phone, and email. Some days she would just check in to see how we were doing, and to ask if we needed anything. Sharon is very tech-savvy, and I appreciated how she used technology to communicate and make staying on top of the whole process easier. Every now and then, you run into a person who is clearly doing what they are meant to do. I honestly feel that Sharon is one of those people. When working with Sharon, three things quickly become clear: she genuinely loves helping people, she genuinely loves her job, and she genuinely loves the local area in which she lives. Her energy, enthusiasm, and sense of humor helped to make a sometimes stressful process, less intimidating. I will absolutely recommend Sharon to anyone I know who is ever looking to buy or sell a home in the area. And if I ever decide to move, Sharon will be the first call I make.
