I had a job change late summer of 2018, in the middle of a stumbling and difficult housing market for sellers. While the process of home selling was much more difficult than I’d imagined, due to the non-stop rising interest rate and negative impacts of new tax laws, Sharon gave me excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about the neighborhood and the market. She is very knowledgeable, approachable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. Most important, she NEVER pushed me. She let me make my own decision but also reminded me being realistic. She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Sharon made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I was able to sell my house with multiple offers at listing price and closed right before Xmas which was the best Xmas gift I could ever expect.
