Encouraged us to the finish….

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Sharon Steele. We were starting to look for our first home and had very little experience and knowledge of real estate and the business of buying a house. She immediately put us at ease and helped us figure out what areas we wanted to explore and what types of houses we should look at for our family. Whereas many people would tell us what we wanted to hear, Sharon was very honest and forthcoming and we really appreciated that. After seeing a beautiful house that was at the very top of our price range, she called us immediately when the price was reduced. She encouraged us to make an offer and negotiated with the sellers and their agent for hours to make sure we got the best deal possible.  I know that buying a house is a very involved and sometime trying process, but this time it was made all the more difficult by sellers who were not even close to accommodating. At one point we wanted to just give up because things had become so difficult. At that point Sharon promised us she would get us this house and encouraged us to stay strong. She navigated us through this very tricky process and we just closed on our house this week. We could not be happier. The personal attention that Sharon gave us through this entire process was exceptional. We were really amazed by how hard she fought for us and the dedication she had to make sure we got our house. I said many times to my husband that we were lucky that Sharon was on our side! We could not have been happier with our first-time experience buying a house, and for that we really have to thank Sharon. We owe her so much and we feel really lucky that we worked with her. I will be recommending her to everyone I know in our area. We really are so lucky that she was on our team.
