Sharon Steele sold my mother’s home in July 2013 on Hory Street in Cranford.. Sharon was recommended to me by Carol Peters in the CB office in Bernardsville. My Mom suffered a long illness and passed away last January 2013. I was left with the not so easy task of closing my Mother’s estate which included the sale of her home. A task not so easy. I did not know where to turn to get her estate in order. After not dealing with all matters in the most efficient way, I was introduced to Sharon in March. Sharon, although referred by Carol Peter’s, was really sent to me by my Mom! Sharon was able to help me grasp the notion of selling my Mom’s home. She was caring, patient and extremely professional. She walked me through every step of the way. From organizing the process of getting the house ready for sale, setting up interviews with contractors to help make improvements, helping me to make some serious decisions about renovations that needed to be done to get the house ready for a top dollar sale. She also helped me with scheduling estate sales of  family belongings to many eager and interested individuals. She kept me focused throughout the entire process, which wasn’t an easy task for her, you see,  I travel out of the country for business about 95% of the time. Sharon accompanied me on every international trip via smart phone to keep the process going and to give me the confidence that we would accomplish this very difficult task. She has become a friend, someone that I have given as a reference to many of my Mom’s neighbors and someone I will continue to refer to anyone having real estate needs.
