At times, I felt that she knew what I wanted before I did

Mr. Kraus, I am writing this e-mail to share with you my experience working with Sharon Steele. I closed on my house in November and that is all thanks to Sharon! I was given Sharon’s name from my mother who heard good things about her around the neighborhood. From the moment I met Sharon I was impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. She is extremely thorough and efficient in her job and that comes across the first time you speak with her. She took the time to explain her process and get a sense of what I was looking for in a home.  I feel that Sharon went above and beyond the basic realtor duties, and really personalized the house buying process. She was constantly reaching out to me to get my feedback on properties I saw or just checking in generally. She encouraged me to take my time and think about a place before making an offer. At no point in working with Sharon did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision or offer. She stressed the importance of making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. In working with Sharon I got the sense that she genuinely was excited for me when I found (or should I say, she found) the house that I eventually bought. At times I felt that she knew what I wanted before I did. I would, without hesitation, recommend Sharon to anyone looking for a realtor. She made a very stressful experience much easier to handle and even fun!  I am happily settling into my new home that I no doubt I would not have if it were not for Sharon!
