An exceptional experience under trying circumstances…

Mr Kraus-  The only word I can think of to describe our experience with Sharon is “exceptional”. We were referred to her from a friend and from the moment we met her at our previous home in Scotch Plains I knew she was a keeper. Full disclosure, she did make me cry in our first meeting because she was honest and told us what she thought our house was worth, which of course was lower than what we were previously told from our first realtor (one of your competitors) . Eight months prior to meeting with Sharon our house sat on the market for 6 months with a ton of activity but zero offers & zero suggestions from our first realtor. While the truth hurt she was right & we listed at the price she suggested & within 1 week we had 2 offers. From that moment on Sharon worked tirelessly to close the deal on our home in Scotch Plains & started on the search for our new home in Chester. While Chester was not in her realm of expertise she offered to pass us to another colleague but we preferred to stick with her & I am so glad we did. While our home search was relatively uneventful as soon as we entered into contract on our home in Chester we had major issues with the sellers, their attorney, their realtor & unfortunately our attorney as well. The only person who really fought for us was Sharon & she even had to pick up the slack of our attorney (whom we had fire in this process) and was nice enough to recommend another attorney who worked out great. I will spare you our tale of woe but finally 6 months after signing the contract we closed and once again Sharon was by our side. I can’t tell how many thousands of emails & texts we exchanged throughout that period & even though Sharon was busy with other clients it always felt like we were her top priority and she was so responsive & supportive to all of our needs. We literally would not have closed without her and her guidance & patience & persistence to get the job done right. We are so incredibly grateful that we had her in our corner & would highly recommend her to anyone who is either buying or selling their home. Best Regards
