I wanted to write a brief note about my experience with Sharon Steele. Over the years I have bought and sold several homes/investment properties. I have dealt with many different real estate agents. I have never had the pleasure of working with anyone like Sharon Steele. From the minute I met her, I knew I wanted to list my home with her. She gave me the name of her handyman and had the house staged so it would look its best before the 1st showing. My house sold over asking price to the first family who saw the house.
Made us feel like her only client
My wife and I recently purchased a new home, and used Sharon Steele as our realtor. I am sorry for not writing this to you sooner, but we just still cannot believe this beautiful house is ours so we have been a bit shell shocked! Our experience from the first day that we met Sharon was outstanding. She made us feel like her only client and went above and beyond to get the deal done for us. Sharon’s professionalism and motivation at all times made a very difficult deal feel extremely easy.
Sharon truly excels at what she does
It took us over a year to find our home. Sharon was patient, professional and personable throughout the entire process. Although we did not know what we were looking for, she was attentive to everything we were saying. After each appointment, she would email us detailed notes for every house that we had seen and before long, she was better at picking houses that would fit our needs than we were!

Since this was our first time selling, you were fantastic from our very first meeting last year. When we decided to hold off and wait a year, you were very understanding and remained in contact with using a way that felt more like a friend checking in from time to time to see how we were doing.

Would not have been able to get our new home without her…
To say that this transaction was incredibly difficult would be a gross understatement. It was contentious to the very end. During the final walk through, the house was left in such a disgusting mess that Sharon called her personal cleaning service to come and clean the house before we moved our family in. She picked up the entire cost of their services and said that this was her house warming gift to us....
Will absolutely use Sharon for all my future real estate needs
