June 2013 was a very busy month for real estate in the Cranford/Westfield and surrounding towns…..

 

Cranford has had 22 sales in the month of June with an average sales price of $424,668 and an average days on market of 46. So far, there has been a total of 84 sales in Cranford in 2013. The 2013 Spring Market in Cranford showed an increase of 30% increase in the number of homes sold over last year’s year’s Spring Market. (more info on that in a future post…)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Westfield has had 39 sales in June with an average sales price of $869,182 and an average days on market of 63. Since the beginning of 2013, 141 homes have sold in Westfield. The Spring Market in Westfield has held steady with the 2012 Spring Market pace.
