Let’s Scare the Hell Out of Cancer 2014

Halloween is a time for scaring and being scared for the sheer fun of it.  But maybe its time to turn that scare around.

On Saturday, October 18^th, from 7:00-11:00 PM, Lin’s Linens Inc. will host its semi-annual “Let’s Scare The Hell Out Of Cancer” event.  You certainly can’t beat the name!  It will be held at the Cranford Elks Lodge, located at 951 Lincoln Avenue East.  It will include a DJ, food, and silent auction.  Tickets are $35 per person, but if you can’t make the event and would still like to contribute, you can also purchase a “With You In Spirit” ticket for $25.  Tickets can be purchased online at http://linslinens.org/2014/07/scare-the-hell-out-of-cancer-2014/ .

Lin’s Linens is an organization committed to nurturing and supporting women undergoing cancer treatment by creating a personal healing sanctuary that promotes a positive mind, body, and spirit connection, which is so crucial to the healing process.

Dealing with cancer is a terrifying thing.  Now we can help turn the tables a little bit by joining Lin’s Linens in their effort to raise money in support of their mission by “Scaring the Hell Out of Cancer” this October. These Halloween parties are a fun time for all who attend, and proceeds help the organization continue to make a difference in the lives of so many women.

This would be such a fun date night, girls night out, or gathering with any of your friends who love getting dressed up for Halloween and having some fun.  They are advertising the event as “all treats, no tricks.”  Sounds like just the RIGHT kind of Halloween scare.
