Hoopdance! No, that’s not the exclamation one says when at a Greek drinking celebration. It is a combination of hula-hooping and dance, although the hoops are larger and heavier than the childhood toy. It is great fun, it is fabulous exercise, and it is a great way to build core strength, get an intense low impact cardio workout and increase your energy. Hooping also develops balance and co-ordination. It is enormously popular on the west coast, and now it is offered locally at Sharon Fit Belly Dance and Group Fitness Studio! Sharon Fit
