Kenilworth Carnival 2012
Looking for something fun to do with the family that doesn’t involve a long car trip with lots of traffic? The Kenilworth Volunteer Fire Department is holding its annual fund-raising carnival right now at St. Theresa’s School (540 Washington Avenue, right off of Kenilworth Blvd.). During the week of August 20 – 25, the carnival will be open Monday through Friday from 6:30 – 10:30 PM, and on Saturday from 5:30 – 11:00 PM. There are rides and games of luck for every age, and, of course, lots and lots of food and fun! On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights, you can enjoy pay-one-price wristbands that give you access to all rides all night long. (Love a good bargain!) The carnival culminates on Saturday night with a 50/50 raffle with a grand prize of over $5,000.00! Between that and the Money Wheel, with a little luck, you might even come home with more money than you left with! At the very least, you can have a close-to-home outing and a whole lot of fun, and help out a good cause, as well!
