Surely, NO ONE sounds as good as you do in the shower, belting out tunes. That goes without saying. But if you’d like to enjoy some wonderful jazz with your clothes ON, then here is the perfect venue . . . .
On Wednesday, April 10th, at 7:30 PM at The Cranford Community Center, you can enjoy an evening of “Just Jazz” featuring The Silver Fox Trio and amazing vocalist Rhonda Denet. Given by The Friends of the Cranford Public Library, this event is free to all, and everyone is welcome. Featured will be songs made popular by great artists such as Ella Fitzgerald, Nancy Wilson, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight and more. Want a sampling of Rhoda’s robust voice? Check her out at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kgvmfhvty80
Rhonda is the founder and head performer of The Silver Fox Song Series, who classify themselves as “a performance series specifically developed with older adult populations in mind. The goal is to improve their quality of life by providing professional live music to facilities and organizations that celebrate them.” This may be true, but the fabulous music can be enjoyed by people of ALL ages!
Head out to the Cranford Community Center and “jazz it up” for free!
