For many in Cranford, NJ,  that familiar haven of comfort food is the Rustic Mill Diner, at 109 North Avenue.  In business since 1970, it has welcomed repeat customers for decades, and welcomes newcomers with the smiles of the friendly staff.  It’s a place for families, for friends, for dates, for young and old.  What’s on the menu?  It’s faster and easier to try to name something that ISN’T on the menu.  There are lunch specials every day, and brunch specials every weekend.  Consistently good food, fast, friendly service, a cozy, attractive  atmosphere,  and on-site parking. . . . a great overall  combination.  And for some added flair  –  on weekdays, the hostess walks around to each table, handing out raffle tickets.  Every half hour to an hour , a number is called, and the winning ticket holder gets their meal for free!  Dineriffic!!!!!
