            For the last two years, the Cod Almighty Chippery, at 231 South Avenue in Westfield, has been providing chuckles and giggles to all who pass by and read its sign.  But no one is laughing at the food.  Chef and owner Rick Andreola  works constantly to come up with new and clever creations for his menu, and enjoys the satisfaction it brings to his customers.  He has decorated his “chippery” (such a fun word!) in New England seaport décor, and offers a variety of wonderful menu items for both lunch and dinner.  In addition to daily specials, healthy items are also featured, such as grilled tuna, sole, swordfish, and salmon.  If Mahi Mahi sandwiches, blackened tuna and crab cakes aren’t your thing, chicken, meat, pasta,  and salad dishes are also available.  The restaurant is set up for dine-in customers, but many take advantage of the take-out option.  They are also happy to do catering for you.
