Can’t begin to tell you how happy we are!

Dear Sharon, We can’t begin to tell you how happy we are with you and the services you provided us. About 4 years ago when I met you at my neighbor’s open house, I knew you were the one that would sell our house and also be the one to assist us in finding our new home when we were ready.  You kept us informed of the market and sent listings upon request, however, never pressured us to sell until we were ready. Once we decided the time was right you came in with market studies and knowledge of the area helping us decide on a listing price. You assisted us with a stager, marketed the house, and got our house ready to be sold which it did within 3 days.  Your confidence and support allowed us to feel comfortable during the whole selling process.  Not only did you have to work with us, but deal with the buyer’s agent and the attorney’s as well.  This takes a very patient and motivated person to make sure the “deal” is done right. Finding us the right house was a bit more challenging for all of us. You and your assistant Angela were always available to show us a house as soon as it came up. You educated us and helped us make the best decision as far as what would meet our family’s needs and how to approach this aggressive market. Once our bid was accepted your attitude and reassurance kept us calm and focused on the goal of owning our home. Even though all parties involved were not always knowledgeable, attentive, and did not always respond in a timely manner, you were always supportive and followed up until the task was completed. You went above and beyond checking in day and night making sure we were doing ok and assisted us in making sure the house was checked properly and that all issues were resolved to our liking. We finally closed on our new house a few weeks ago and you were right beside us until the final papers were signed. We appreciate all of your time and effort and will continue to recommend your services to others. Please stop by anytime to visit with us!!
