We cannot recommend Sharon Steele highly enough. Without Sharon’s professional expertise, communication skills and negotiation skills, we would be in a pretty tough spot. We first met Sharon not in the real estate world but through a personal community experience where she took on a cause to benefit our son who has special needs- within 24 hours of first hearing about his experience, she had a community rallying around him and turned an upsetting situation for a five year old little boy into an amazing and unforgettable one that showed us again how wonderful this area and the people can be. She is a super human, down to her great personality, her love for her own family and a true passion for her community. It translates into her professional life and for us, we want that person on our side always. A few months later we found ourselves with move orders from the military. We thought of Sharon and hoped she would take us on. From the first meeting to our closing, she took care of us every step of the way. Her own team of stagers were respectful, photographer was amazing and her assistant was supportive of our family and needs while we were on the market. The highlight of the experience showed us why we chose Sharon and this is the professional difference you won’t find with any other realtor. After a deal with our buyer for our house fell through after the closing date had passed, Sharon remembered that there had been two other potential buyers interested in our house and contacted them immediately. Literally within two hours that we lost our original buyer, Sharon found us a new buyer, contract in hand and closing in three weeks. We never had to go back on the market, restate (we were already packed out!) or be bothered with anyone coming in again. A huge deal when you have three kids five and under and no furniture left! Sharon’s quick thinking, commitment and dedication to her profession and to our family, enabled us to move together as a family and prevented us from having to spend months apart. It’s something we won’t forget and we just cannot recommend anyone else in the Cranford area. She has gone above and beyond since we first met and are happy we can call her a friend.
