Zerbini Family Circus 2014
(Sniiiiiifffff!!!!!) Can you smell it? Freshly popped popcorn? Sweet cotton candy? And, wait, is that . . . . . pony poo?! Ew. Well, maybe all of the SMELLS aren’t that attractive, but the show itself certainly is.
The Zerbini Family Circus is once again making its yearly visit to town, and is fun for the whole family. Sponsored by the Cranford Chamber and Eye Level Learning Center of Cranford, this is a real, old-fashioned, family run, one ring circus that is a perfect local place for family fun. Advance tickets are $10.00, and are available at Back To Nature, Cranford Chamber of Commerce, Cranford Sunoco, Eye Level Center of Cranford, TD Bank, and Tony’s Café. Day of show tickets are $12.00. The big top will be set up on the field at Hillside Avenue School, at the corner of Hillside Avenue and Centennial Avenue, Tuesday, June 24th, Wednesday, June 25th, and Thursday, June 26th, with shows each evening at 5:15 and 7:30.
The sight of the big top on the school field stirs excitement in the heart of “children” ages 0 – 100. The food is unhealthy and wonderful. The acts are fun and exciting. The wallet is not depleted. And the family memories last forever.
The Zerbini Family Circus tours throughout the United States providing shows at state and county fairs, shrine circus events, and other venues. The Big Top seats up to 1500, and has updated sound and lighting systems. There are aerialists, jugglers, a dog show, Tatanka, the American buffalo, pony and camel rides, food concessions, and an inflatable ship slide to enjoy before the performance. And, of course, the heart of every circus – the clowns . . . . who will wander throughout the audience before and during the show to entertain families, as well as performing their acts for the show. Cheap, local, family-friendly fun. See you under the big top!
