Library Used Book Sale at the Cranford Public Library
It’s calling! Can you hear it? The beach! The beach is calling!
Grab your beach chair! Grab your towel! Grab a cool drink! And grab a good book!
What’s that? Not sure what books to tackle on the beach? Well, it might be time to stock up.
The Friends of the Cranford Public Library are once again hosting a used book sale in the library’s Friendly Book Cellar. Items for sale include more than 10,000 adult and children’s books, as well as CDs, DVDs, and recorded books.
And here is the very best part . . . . . prices range from $.25 to $2.00, except for a few specially marked items. You sure can’t beat the prices, and we can all use some good books to read this summer. Hours are: Wednesday, June 4th, 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM; Thursday, June 5th and Friday, June 6th , 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Saturday, (BAG DAY!!!! Fill a bag with book for $8!!) 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Entrance to the sale is through the side door of the library, (wheelchair accessible), just off the main parking lot, at 224 Walnut Avenue in Cranford. All proceeds directly benefit the library.
