Body Barre, offered by the Cranford Recreation Department, combines yoga, ballet, and pilates in a slower-paced, relaxing way, using Balance Body Barre. It is designed to build strength, fitness, and flexibility, without high impact. It is unintimidating, calming, and a lot of fun! Classes run on Mondays, 12:45-1:45 PM, and Wednesdays, 9:00-10:00 AM, April through June, right at the Cranford Community Center (220 Walnut Avenue) 908-709-7283. It’s a great way to spend time with some friends while doing something good for yourself.
