Timeline New Jersey
OK, this sounds VERY cool!! But first of all, let it be known to the world that New Jersey’s notable history most definitely did NOT begin with Season 1 of “The Jersey Shore” and with Snookie and J-Wow.
On Wednesday, February 6th, Walter Choroszewski will be at the Cranford Community Center at 7:30 PM, via The Friends of the Cranford Public Library. Choroszewski is a noted author, photographer, and state pride advocate, and is promising a mega-interesting evening for all who are in attendance.
His presentation of “Timeline New Jersey” will walk you through the primeval dawn of the New Jersey Highlands, through the Ice Age, and all the way up to present day. Along the way, he will introduce you to New Jersey’s first inhabitants and explorers. He’ll direct you through our state’s Colonial and Revolutionary periods, and highlight all of the special events, happenings, people, and notable firsts that make New Jersey such a special place. You’ll walk away with a better appreciation of our fine state and its rich history.
This particular presentation earned an Award of Recognition from the NJ Historical Commission. Admission to the presentation is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
“Timeline New Jersey”……It’s “Jersey Pride” to the umpteenth degree!!!!
