How friendly to your dog the neighbors would be. How happy your child is in school. Or you during your morning commute to work. Where you’d get your morning coffee. Would your significant other’s love for deep purples be frowned upon? Can you walk to the closest hiking trail?

All of these things pile on, big and small, and make an already stressful process of moving, of finding a home, of belonging even harder. My job is to alleviate some of that and help put your on the right track from the get-go.

So I listen. Intently. Consistently. To ALL of your wants and wishes, the ones about the house and the ones about your life.  I carefully explain the entire home buying process right from the start…. before you feel stressed. Then we embark on the journey of finding the ONE. Sometimes we get lucky fast. Others – it can take a while. I don’t want you to make concessions you’re not comfortable with. I want you to find the home that is indeed perfect for you. Perfect for the life you envision in it. Down to the smallest detail.
